WANTED: Conference Watch Party Hosts 

Even though the 2021 Professional Engineers Conference (August 3-5) will be virtual, many attendees still want to network with their fellow engineers in person. To bring everyone together, we are looking for chapters, state societies, companies, and individuals that would like to host a "watch party." 

 The party can be as simple as showing a single session or as engaging as hosting an all-day viewing. 

 Requirements of a conference host are simple: 

1) The number of guests is completely up to the host. We do ask that you follow all CDC and local rules on social distancing/masking/vaccination. 

2) Have the capability to either project the meetings on a screen everyone can see and hear or have wi-fi capability for attendees to log-in to their individual computers (supplied by the attendee). 

3) Make sure your office or facility will be open 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes following a chosen session or from approximately 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EDT each day of the conference if hosting for the day. 

4) Agree to take attendance and send that information to the NSPE office at the end of the conference. 

 **Note – For individual attendees to receive PDH credit for any sessions, they must be registered and complete the online quiz.
