Eric W. Tappert, PE received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and his Master of Science degree in telecommunications from the University of Colorado.  His professional experience includes design work on cellular phone systems, large mainframe computers, large scale integrated circuit applications, and industrial control applications.  He has also taught engineering technology and engineering courses at local campuses.  He is a life senior member of the IEEE, a life member of NSPE, and a past president of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers.
